Terms of service

These terms describe how ordering a personalised invitation from Meloya works. Please read them before you order.

What you are buying

A done-for-you service: we personalise one of our existing invitation designs with your details and deliver it as a link you can share. The package on each design’s page sets the number of events, revision rounds and how long the invitation stays online.

The 24-hour timeline

• The 24 hours apply to personalising an existing design with the details you have given us.
• The clock starts when both are true: your payment is verified, and our studio has confirmed your details are complete. You will see when this happens on your order page.
• “Complete” means names as they should be printed, at least one event with its date, time and venue, family lines (or that none are needed), your music preference, language, and photographs if the design uses them (or a choice to use illustration).
• Bespoke artwork, missing details, events beyond your package, extra revision rounds and translations have their own timeline, which we agree with you.
• This is a delivery commitment for template personalisation. It is not a refund guarantee.

Revisions

Each revision round is one consolidated list of changes. Essential includes 2 rounds and Signature includes 3; more rounds can be added to an order.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates and venues you give us, and for having the right to use any photographs or music you send. We use your content only to make, host and support your invitation.

Previews and publishing

Your preview link is unlisted and not indexed by search engines. The invitation is published after you approve it. RSVP and wishes, where included, are collected only on the published invitation.

Sample invitations

Our sample invitations use fictional names and illustrative imagery, except where a design is clearly marked as client work shown with permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees, and the final amount is calculated by our system at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are to be confirmed by Meloya. Refunds, where agreed, are handled manually by our studio through Razorpay. See cancellations and refunds.

Hosting

Your invitation stays online for 6 months with Essential and 12 months with Signature.
